A home inspection is a diagnostic service in which a housing expert (qualified person) checks the state of deterioration and defects in a building.
A detailed inspection is carried out to determine the condition of the building's main structural components and facilities.

Our staff (qualified personnel) manage properties in addition to the usual management ( plus a little extra), for example by working closely with the owner to carefully plan repairs, ensuring the long-term continuity of important buildings.
